Saved Links overview
Links are displayed in a paginated table by creation date. Use the available search, filter, and sorting controls to locate links by destination URL or UTM values. From the table, you can:- Copy a complete tagged URL
- Edit a saved link
- Delete a saved link
- Filter by source, medium, campaign, content, term, or URL
- Review ActiveCampaign clicks associated with the row
Reuse established values
Your Saved Links history powers suggestions in the Link Builder. Once at least three characters are entered, TrackFunnels suggests matching values previously saved for that field. Suggestions search the account’s complete history. They are not limited by the selected channel, medium, or campaign. Deleting every saved link containing an old value removes that value from the suggestion history.Monitor unique UTM values
Summary cards above the table show how many unique values are present for:- URLs
- Sources
- Mediums
- Campaigns
- Content values
- Terms
Capitalization variants such as
Google and google count as one value in the summary card. They can still appear as different values in GA4 because TrackFunnels preserves capitalization when creating links.spring sale becomes spring-sale; however, spring_sale remains a separate value.

Understand Clicks Received
When ActiveCampaign is connected, Clicks Received shows the number of ActiveCampaign link-click events whose UTM values match the values in that saved-link row. The count does not combine Calendly meetings or Jotform submissions. Those actions appear on their own conversion pages.TrackFunnels matches ActiveCampaign clicks using UTM values. It does not use the broader Channel selection, because Channel is not stored after a link is generated.
Edit a link
Editing replaces the URL stored in the saved-link record. The original creation date and previously received click count remain attached to that record. Future ActiveCampaign clicks are matched using the newly saved UTM values. Because historical clicks remain on the edited record, its Clicks Received total may include clicks collected before and after the UTM values were changed.Delete a link
Deleting a link removes it from Your Saved Links. If no other saved link contains one of its UTM values, that value will no longer appear as a suggestion in the Link Builder. Deleting the TrackFunnels record does not remove a URL already published elsewhere.Imported links
CSV imports appear alongside links created in TrackFunnels and retain the creation dates supplied in the import file. Their UTM values contribute to suggestions and unique-value counts.Import your existing UTM history
Upload links from a spreadsheet or another UTM tool using the TrackFunnels CSV template.
